    A device that stores numerous CD-ROMs and uses a mechanical arm, carousel or other device to bring the disk to an optical station for reading and writing. A jukebox can reside in a PC or be an external device. Some of the larger jukeboxes hold as many as 500 disks and have multiple readers and drives to allow a networkof users to simultaneously access data.
