Electronic book means an electronic version of a book. Typically called an ebook (e-book), types of products available to view electronic books are called e-readers and include the Kindle by Amazon, Nook (Barnes & Noble), the Kobo and many others. The readers are the size of a paperback with backlighted screens that allow a user to read, save, highlight, bookmark, and annotate text. Ebooks can download from websites and purchased online.
