Call Center Suite

A suite of software products that include multiple integrated components commonly used in a call center. The suite provides organizations with virtually everything needed to perform all call center operations within a single platform. Typically, a call center suite would include tools for telephone switch functionality, intelligent routing, automatic call distribution, interactive voice response (IVR), outbound dialing, voice mail and other components. Some may even include call center CRM software into the suite of functionalities.
