Client Support Manager

A Client Support Manager is expected to administer the delivery of services to clients as well as provide support to business development, client management, and service delivery teams. Serving as a link between business management and clients, a client support manager plays an integral role in business communications. Holders of this position work closely with service development teams, client management teams, and other company stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently. A client support manager may also be responsible for developing the company customer service policy for an organization.
