duplexer

(doo´pleks-er) (n.) A component of a printer that allows for both sides of a page to be printed at the same time. The duplexer typically comes as an add-on accessory to a printer and attaches to the printer to allow for double-sided simultaneous printing.

A printer with a duplexer installed often is referred to as a duplex printer.
