automatic recalculation

In spreadsheets, a mode in which all cells are recalculated whenever a value changes. Automatic recalculation ensures that the spreadsheet data is always up-to-date, but it may make working on the spreadsheet slower. Alternatively, you can specify manual recalculation, where you must explicitly instruct the application to recalculate.
